These Terms of Service describe how you may use RadioFM Pro. The site provides an online radio directory, browser player, search pages, country pages, genre pages, local radio discovery, a radio map, station detail pages, and related tools for finding live radio stations. By using the site, you agree to use it responsibly and to respect the limits of public radio streams and third-party broadcaster content.
RadioFM Pro is designed to help listeners discover radio. It does not own most station audio, does not operate most broadcaster websites, and cannot guarantee that every public stream will remain available. A station may change its stream, block browser playback, restrict regions, alter metadata, or stop broadcasting without notice.
You may use RadioFM Pro to search, browse, and play online radio stations for personal listening. Directory pages may organize stations by country, city, state, language, genre, codec, bitrate, stream health, or other public metadata. Those details are provided to help you compare stations and understand listening context; they are not a promise that a station is endorsed, permanently available, or error-free.
You should not misuse the directory by scraping it aggressively, attempting to overload the site, bypassing security controls, interfering with playback for other users, submitting intentionally false station reports, or using station metadata in a way that violates law, broadcaster terms, or third-party rights.
Many streams available through RadioFM Pro are served by third-party broadcasters or streaming providers. When your browser requests audio, that request may go directly to the broadcaster or hosting provider. Their own terms, privacy policies, licensing rules, and technical restrictions may apply.

Some features may work without an account, including browsing public pages, searching stations, playing available streams, and saving favorites in the browser when local storage is used. Clearing browser data may remove local favorites, language preferences, volume settings, or other convenience settings.
If account features are enabled, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account. Provide accurate information when needed for security, billing, support, or account recovery. Do not share account access in a way that creates abuse, fraud, or unauthorized use of paid features.

Station names, logos, audio streams, and broadcaster materials may belong to third parties. You may not copy, resell, frame, or redistribute RadioFM Pro as a competing service without permission. You also may not remove attribution, misuse the brand, or imply that RadioFM Pro endorses your product, station, or service unless we have agreed in writing.
RadioFM Pro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep the site useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete station coverage, perfect metadata, specific search results, or continuous playback of third-party live streams.
To the extent permitted by law, RadioFM Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of the site, unavailable streams, third-party websites, lost browser favorites, incorrect station metadata, or changes made by broadcasters.
